Luxurious L'Auberge Chateau -- located in Olde Del Mar, steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and less than a mile to the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack. This recently remodeled condo features ocean views from the master bedroom balcony, complete with bistro table for 2 and patio heater. Other amenities include Crate & Barrel furnishings, bamboo wood floors, granite, Waterworks bathroom, Sub-zero refrigerator, Viking stove, Frette bedding, 2 HD flat screen TVs, wireless internet -- as well as access to the L'Auberge resort perks: heated pool with cabanas & bar, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, lap pool, health spa. Available starting June 2016 through September 2016.

Available monthly only. Winter rate is $3,800/month. Summer rate is $8,000/month.

  First, the location. Steps from the L'Auberge Hotel and Del Mar Plaza and a very short walk to Powerhouse Park and the beach. With everything so close by, we rarely used our car. We enjoyed the hotel amenities (fitness center, pool, hot tub, tennis).
  Second, the condo is well-equipped and cozy. The ocean view from the bedroom deck is quite nice. Though no A/C, the fans and ocean breezes kept the unit comfortable most of the time. The king bed and showers were treats.
  The train may be a problem for light sleepers.

  Great location in quaint beach town with walking paths, restaurants & even a nearby library. You could hear the nearby train on it’s regular runs but that was expected and not too disturbing. The only negative I have to say is that the walls are thin & for a couple of weeks there seemed to be noisy construction going on in the unit above. Thankfully, not in the evenings.

  My parents stayed there for 6 weeks. Great apartment to accommodate 2 for so long. It is equipped with everything you meet. Also best location - in walking distance to the powerhouse park and beach and downtown Del Mar.

  The upside is that the rental is close to the race track, beach and many stores and restaurants, also is very clean with a partial ocean view out the master bedroom balcony. The only part I didn't care for was there was no air conditioner (which most places don't have by the beach) and the condo is right by the train which goes by quite often and there was no DVD player or movie channels.

  We love the location, the unit was clean and nice. The vacuum did not work as well as it could. Because of dark floors the unit lacks light. Ryan was very nice and very helpful when we needed him :)My deposit has been slow coming back - this is same experience with PS in the past - this part I don't like. We will be back

  We had a wonderful time in Del Mar and this condo unit allowed us to enjoy the area and still eat dinner and breakfast inside if needed with our kids. Great location, great hotel next door..the beach as was awesome.
