  This house has million dollar views; however, it is also in need of several upgrades - some of the inside furniture is worn, The outdoor patio and deck are both great for sunbathing and ocean views but the furniture and rugs are worn and uncomfortable. All this said, we would still rent this house again due to the affordable price.. My guess is that the price would increase if the upgrades were made; however we would also be willing to pay more for the enhancements.

  Seriously, where else can you enjoy a 180 degree view of the ocean and be able to walk to 25 restaurants in 10 minutes? The house on Pepita Way gives you all that. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. It’s a little dated compared other rentals, but the view and the ability to walk to town and avoid the parking issues so many drivers face is so important.

  It was all a very good experience. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the views and breezes was a daily delight. Accomodations suited with a couple of additions we requested which were taken care of with ease.
