    Satisfactory floorplan and great location, but unit had some issues with key items not working (garage door, most of stove) and "tired" items like towels, linens, kitchen cooking vessels, and lack of some cooking utensils.

    Very nice three bedroom two + 1/2 bath townhouse (with only one townhouse adjoining) a block and a half from Windansea beach. Quiet, convenient and fairly private -- well appointed and very functional. Great neighborhood. Private, secure two-car carport at rear of house although street parking was also never an issue. Would recommend for a family vacation rental or longer term.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay at 354 Kolmar. The property was well stocked and maintained (a few minor quibbles: please have the knives sharpened and buy some new sheets!). The Platinum properties manager promptly addressed any concerns that cropped up in a very timely manner (Kyle, you were awesome!). The townhouse is suitable for a couple or family, a block from Strand Park beach, and a mile from the village (you can walk it). We would definitely stay there again.

    The location of the property was nice--close to the beach and easy to get to town and onto Route 5 to get in and out of San Diego. The house was large with quite a lot of space for our family of four. There were some aspects of the house that needed some work including: new linens for all the beds--these were quite old and mismatched; pillows left a lot to be desired as well. There was no light in the parking pad. The towel bar in the second bathroom fell out when putting a towel on it. Most things had to go through the dryer twice in order to get dry enough. The shades in the master bedroom let in a lot of light.

    The house was very nice and clean and met all of our needs. There are 3 bedrooms that can each hold two people. The neighborhood was nice. It is 2 blocks from the beach. The property managers were friendly and easy to get hold of at any time. There were no issues with the house. Thank you very much.
